Sarah Orenstein is a director, animator and art director from New York City. With a broad background in theatre, music and academia, Sarah began by studying lighting and set design with the Metropolitan Opera, and then animation at the Rhode Island School of Design. Her major film Windows Masks Doors has been screened at over 50 festivals worldwide and launched Sarah in to many creative projects including music videos, concept art, network branding, short films, title sequences, virals, children's TV, poster art, photography… and puppetry!
Beakus are proud to represent Sarah in the UK for commercial and broadcast design and animation. Her work for Beakus includes presentation idents for CBeebies – Mia, Kaysie and Eleanor.
Her unique, stylish and sophisticated design aesthetic mixes 2D and 3D with a thoroughly modern rigour, which slots in perfectly with our own studio approach.
