Director / Leo Bridle

Leo Bridle is a hugely talented, multi-disciplined animation director who seems adept at pushing technology boundaries with visual flair.

Leo's work defies simple categorisation. He has created film, web and broadcast work for The Science Museum, The National Maritime Museum, The British Library, CBeebies, Nickelodeon, and CBBC.

Experimenting with techniques has seen Leo work in pixillation, stop-motion, 360° live-action films, multiplane techniques, and 3D printing! He has had enormous success with his stop-motion short Train Of Thought (fashioned entirely from paper-sculptures and photographic cut-outs) and virals such as Web 2.0 which saw over a million hits on YouTube. More recently, he collaborated with Amael Isnard to create Olympic Vermin, which spread like wildfire around the world on Vimeo (and won a Staff Pick badge) with a viewership of 189,000 and counting..!
