Beakus is a new animation production company based in London.

We produce top-notch entertaining and eye-popping motion graphics and animation for the media industry.

Founded by director/producer Steve Smith, Beakus always seeks to make the most engaging, sophisticated and satisfying moving media, whether created digitally or by traditional means, in 2D or 3D.

We specialise in inventive, creative, design-rich projects tailored to specific briefs for all audiences via broadcast TV, film or the web. We are proponents of strong narratives that are emotionally charged with fine characterisation and visual sophistication – ingredients which make our animation utterly watchable and always entertaining!

We are proud of the UK's incredible animation heritage and aim to continue it's development and increase it's involvement in modern media platforms.

Littlebeak is headed by Leigh Hodgkinson, who is a BAFTA-winning animation director and published children's book author with Orchard Publishing. Her most recent books include 'Colin & The Wrong Shadow', 'Smile!', and 'Don't Dip Your Chips In Your Drink, Kate'.
